Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of QuitSmoking (the “app”), developed by Onat Çakır. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QuitSmoking on any Apple device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service.
Not medical advice
QuitSmoking is a self-tracking and motivational tool designed to help you visualize your progress after quitting smoking. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not provide medical advice. Quitting smoking, especially managing nicotine withdrawal, should be discussed with a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. Always seek professional medical advice before making decisions about your health.
Your responsibility for your data
The figures QuitSmoking shows you — money saved, cigarettes and packs not smoked, time saved — are estimates calculated from the information you provide (quit date, daily cigarette count, pack size, and price history). Their accuracy depends entirely on the accuracy of what you enter. We make no guarantee that these figures are precise or complete.
Intellectual property
The app, including its design, graphics, and underlying code, is owned by Onat Çakır and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding beyond what's needed to use the app normally.
No warranty
QuitSmoking is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you quit smoking.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onat Çakır will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of data.
Termination
You may stop using QuitSmoking at any time by deleting it from your device. We may update or discontinue features of the app at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised Terms. We'll update the effective date above whenever we make changes.
